Together we will start from a place that defines health as a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being, not merely the absence of disease and infirmity.
Our approach is holistic. Our goal is to foster greater individual and community wellness and to reduce health disparities.
Our practices are informed by global and national health authorities, including the World Health Organization (WHO), the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA).

COPE’s health library is a good place to start learning about your health concerns and defining your goals. We provide tools to help you create your health plan and manage your health. You can also participate in our educational programs or talk to us about how we can provide one-on-one support.
