The mind-body connection is the belief that our thoughts, feelings, beliefs, and attitudes can positively or negatively affect how healthy our minds and bodies are.
Participating in COPE's Mind-Body workshops can support your efforts to improve your emotional and physical well-being. Our workshops provide time and space to de-stress, connect and refocus with others.

Using yoga, meditation, fitness, breathwork, and more, experts help participants develop the understanding and skills to:

  • Engage in self-care and healthy routines
  • Foster positive feelings about self
  • Improve the quality of relationships with others
  • Create and use positive coping skills
  • Manage thoughts, feelings, and actions through mindfulness practices
